Firestone Complete Auto Care

Zac and the guys at the Firestone on Baker’s Bridge made my day! I had an issue with damage to one of my new tires (2-3 months old). Turns out that needed 4 tires based on tread wear on the others. (Believe me, I know how these guys will try to sell you everything they have at the shop. I saw for myself before I got there that I needed the other tires so it was not a surprise nor add-on sell in my opinion.) It took a couple of hours to wait, but I am glad I got it done. If you need work done, go see the guys at Baker’s Bridge Firestone.

Always a great experience with this location. They keep you informed of your vehicle’s progress, clearly communicate what needs to be done, and provide outstanding customer service. Zach does an incredible job leading this location and team. It’s the only place I will go for tires, alignment, and oil changes.

I had an excellent experience at Firestone on Bakers Bridge. Zach was incredibly helpful, professional, and honest throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure my vehicle was taken care of properly. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer service the way Zach does. I truly appreciate his help and highly recommend this Firestone location. Thank you, Zach, for the outstanding service!

I’ve been coming to this same location for over twenty years. Jonathan has always greeted me with a smile. He is the first one I will ask for when I make my appointment. I know that he will always give me his honest and best service for my vehicle. I will never go anywhere else. His service and honesty is worth ten stars!

Wondeful job. I was traveling to Florida from Chicago and my spark plug and coil stopped working. I got help on the spot! Wonderful crew Zach and Cayce! Thank you for saving my Family Trip!
